On arrival at Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station meet with Raheja Vacations representative, who will introduce you with your Pilot driver and brief you about your tour “06 Days Gangtok Darjeeling Tour”. Now proceed to Gangtok by drive (4hrs. approx.). Gangtok at an altitude of 5500ft, is the Capital of Sikkim is a beautiful and clean town promising of the best monasteries and landscapes. Evening free for individual activity.

Post breakfast start for Gangtok local sightseeing, covering Banjhakri Water Park, Ranka Monastery, Chortan, Stupa, Institute of Tibetology Num Num View Point, Institute of Handicrafts and handlooms, Bartuk Water falls, Tashi view Point (sunset effect on Mt. Kancnendzongha range), Flower Exhibition along with Ridge Park.

Post breakfast day tour to Tsomgo Lake or Changu Lake (12400ft), which is only 32 kms from Gangtok City, the oval shaped lake is almost about 1Km long, and 15 mtrs deep. The lake is considered sacred by the local people, after that visit 18 kms from the Lake Baba Mandir (temple of disappeared army personal) and back to Gangtok. Evening free at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity.

Morning after breakfast transfer to Darjeeling (120kms/4hrs).Once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land of infinite variety and charm. It will cater you a mix-experience of lively nature charming Himalayan people. Surrounded by Tea gardens, this little town faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Evening walk around town to appreciate the new culture. Overnight at hotel in Darjeeling.
Early morning leave for Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise and its amazing effects on the Mt. Kanchendzonga which is Worlds 3rd highest peak, visit Ghoom monastery and Batashia Loop War Memorial while returning to the Hotel. Post breakfast followed by Half day best point local sightseeing in Darjeeling covering Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja N. Zoological Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center and Rock side. Now visit the Mall along with local market for city life.

Post breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Bagdogra airport to board the flight for onwards journey.
